  • Log in to your LennoxPros.com account.
  • From the left-hand menu, select Commercial Quick Quote.
  • Follow the on-screen steps to create your quote or place an order.
If you don't yet have a LennoxPros account, you can easily register—with or without a customer number—at LennoxPros.com/Register.
Who can use Commercial Quick Quote? +
Commercial Quick Quote is available to all LennoxPros users with a valid account. Both commercial contractors and residential dealers can use the tool for rooftop unit replacement jobs.
What products are available in Commercial Quick Quote? +
The tool displays in-stock, locally available Xion™ and Raider® rooftop units, along with compatible HVAC accessories and curb adapters.
How does Commercial Quick Quote handle curb adapters? +
The tool automatically determines if a curb adapter is needed for your selected replacement unit.
  • If required, CQQ will show the correct adapter to add to your order.
  • If not required, it will confirm that no adapter is needed.
  • For custom adapters, you'll have the option to send your quote to a Lennox representative for assistance.
  • If you do not input any replacement unit info, the tool will default to displaying that a custom curb adapter is required.
Can I compare products in the tool? +
Yes. The comparison feature lets you view multiple commercial rooftop units side by side to easily evaluate differences in capacity, efficiency, factory installed options and other specifications.
What if my order includes items outside of CQQ? +
CQQ is designed for stocked commercial rooftop units and related HVAC accessories. If you need to order other product types (such as residential equipment or special-order items), you can do so directly through LennoxPros.com in a separate transaction, or contact your local Lennox rep.
Will all Lennox locations show the same availability? +
No. CQQ displays live, local inventory based on your selected region or preferred distribution center—so you only see what's in stock near you. If you have questions about units that may be available but out of your network, contact your local Lennox rep.
What happens after I place an order through CQQ? +
After checkout, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment following standard Lennox procedures. A Lennox Sales Support representative will contact you to confirm your order details and requirements before finalizing. You can also check the status of your order using your Pros account.
